Hero Packs
  • Hero Packs is a service-learning project designed to thank children and youth who have deployed parents for the sacrifices their families have made. Various items, such as cameras, picture frames, stationery, piggy banks, and 4-H teddy bears are provided. These are packed into 4-H backpacks and distributed.

  • 4-H'ers compose a hand-written letter to include in the Hero Pack.

  • The Hero Packs project provides an opportunity to raise awareness about needs of military youth and families.
