Procurement Cards

Problems

  1. What can it be used for? Only limited purchases, requisitions still recommended.
  2. Lack of follow up (after training) no card issued.
  3. Only one day offered for training
Recommendations
  1. Refresher training for both PI’s and clerical with hands-on sessions in computer lab to access website (will result in confidence in using card and less mistakes).
  2. Follow up on delivery of cards and inform us on status of program
  3. Tell us what we can use the card for instead of what items you cannot use the card to purchase.
