  • Learning to Lead Collaboratively
    A workshop to increase the potential for collaborative problem solving by exposing participants to powerful facilitation tools.

  • Facilitating Strategic Thinking & Planning
    Strategic planning differs from day-to-day planning because it has a long-term view which tends to be proactive and future-oriented. It involves an on-going commit-ment to think and plan strategically. This workshop focuses on how to get started using a facilitated two-day retreat.

  • Advanced Facilitation: Developing a Personal Philosophy & Style of Facilitation
    In this workshop participants will continue to add to their repertoire of tools and explore new concepts to benefit their work. As practicing facilitators this group will exchange experiences and ideas through hands-on exercises and opportunities to discuss lessons learned.
