In this workshop participants will continue to add to their repertoire of tools and explore new concepts to benefit their work. As practicing facilitators this group will exchange experiences and ideas through hands-on exercises and opportunities to discuss lessons learned.

- Explore Facilitators Responsibilities
- Discuss Real Life Facilitation Challenges
- Present the Practical How Tos of Facilitation from an Outcomes Thinking Perspective
- Present the Practical How Tos of Facilitation within Values-Based Behavior Guidelines
- Draft your personal Statement of Philosophy and Style

Workshop Presenters:
- Dr. Donna R. Ching has been an Extension Specialist in the Department of Human Resources at the University of Hawaii-Manoa since 1987.
- Lily Bloom Domingo is the Director of the I SEEK program at the Hawaii Community Services Council. They enjoy working with a variety of non-profit, for-profit, and community organizations providing training, consulting and technical assistance in the areas of group process, leadership, facilitation, outcomes design and implementation and strategic planning.
