Workshop Presenter: Dr. Donna R. Ching
Donna Ching, Ph.D., has been an extension specialist in the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources at the University of Hawaii-Manoa since 1987. During that time, she has coordinated the Agricultural Leadership Program while working with a variety of nonprofit, for-profit, and community organizations to provide workshops in the areas of group process, leadership, facilitation and strategic planning. She has also facilitated many of these organizations in strategic planning and collaborative decision-making.
