Goals and Objectives: To develop an understanding of the major tropical fruits crops, including recognizing the plants, flowers, fruits, stage when ripe, taste, history and production. Likely crops if available : Lychee, Rambutan Longan, Passionfruit, Breadfruit, Jackfruit, Guava, Strawberry guava, Starfruit, Banana, Pitaya, Dragon Fruit, Durian, Avocado, Mango, Orange, Lime, Tangerine, Pomelo, Papaya, Pineapple

  • Learn how these crops developed historically and their place in today's world.
  • Learn to recognize the plant, flower, fruit, and taste.
