ONGOING EVENTS

Focus on Agriculture. Hilo's College of Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resource Management has six cookbooks featuring a mixture of ethnic recipes using locally produced agriculture products. The books are a result of the "Focus on Agriculture" television cooking series where chefs from various restaurants demonstrate the preparation of various dishes.
