Financial Counseling Certificate Program Ten-session financial counselor training program offered in cooperation with the Hawaii Credit Union League. Open to representatives of nonprofit agencies and organizations with an interest in helping their clientele to help themselves through consumer-oriented financial counseling. Take Charge of Your Money! is a special series developed to help consumers with managing their financial affairs. This telecourse requires participants to observe presentations on a local cable television network in the State of Hawaii.
Familly Resource Program
Resources Instruction and Consumer Education (RIICE) is a program of the University of Hawaii Cooperative Extension Service. It has been developed to assist Hawaii's households with family resource management, financial literacy, and consumer decision-making by offering non-formal educational projects and activities throughout the state.
