Conference Registration Fees
All Currencies are in US Dollars
| Full Conference Fee: (until
February 15) - includes access to all
conference sessions; networking breakfast, mid-session
refreshment breaks and lunch; and company visits and a closing session
dinner on February 27th. After February 15, fee is $250 |

access to all conference sessions, networking breakfast, mid-session
refreshment breaks and lunch for one day only, and company visits.

Cancellations
All cancellations should be made in writing. To receive a full
refund less a $25 handling fee, cancellations must be received by February 15, 2008, 12:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time. No-shows and cancellations received after February 15, 2008 are subject to the entire registration fee.
