Prepared a critique of an environmental impact statement on OTEC for Argonne National Laboratory.
Undertook a consulting assignment for the Gas Research Institute of Chicago. Submitted a report on the economic feasibility of methane production from marine biomass.
Conducted a detailed study of marine fuel consumption and tax payments by Hawaii boat owners for the State Department of Transportation. Developed a methodology for accurately estimating marine fuel tax returns.
Prepared the economic component of an environmental impact statement (EIS) on a proposed small boat harbor in Hawaii for the Oceanic Institute of Honolulu.
