9:00 AM Buses leave Maui Beach Hotel (for those already at the hotel)
9:15 AM Buses stop at Kahului Airport to pick up incoming travelers who are on the tour.

picture of station9:30 AM to 10:30 AM - Nanea a´o Kula (Maui Lavendar) – In the uplands of Maui, sheltered along the skirt of Haleakala Crater is Nanea a´o Kula. The beauty astounds, and then awakens the most wonderful feeling of freshness and rejuvenation as you journey through the garden.

10:45 AM to 11:45 AM - Pacific Produce – This modern hydroponics lettuce operation is nestled on more than 2 acres of land in the upland farming region of Maui. You will experience a very unique hydroponic growing operation.

12:00 PM to 12:45 PM - Lunch at the Maui Agriculture Research Center

12:45 PM to 1:30 PM - Maui Agriculture Research Center – The research facility is blessed with a near sup-tropical climate. The Research Center has the advantage of long dry summers and short wet winters, enabling it to manipulate the maturity and harvesting of their crops through control of irrigation. This facility is the center of protea research and has introduced dozens of unique protea hybrids to the commercial industry.

1:45 PM to 2:45 PM - Howard's Nursery – This is a state-of-the-art operation that produces potted mums, poinsettias and other flowering potted plants. This is one of the most modern nurseries in the State of Hawaii.

3:00 PM to 4:00 PM - Paradise Flower Farm – This is one of the biggest producers of cut flowers and lei flowers on Maui. You will see a wide variety of different floral leis and bouquets.

4:30 PM - Back to Maui Beach Hotel (one bus will stop at car rental agencies for those who have made car reservations).
