general, concurrent and keynote sessions, plus the following: luncheon,

breaks. ($3 validated parking will also be available) You

B: TRADESHOW AND FIELD DAY VENDOR REGISTRATION
(For Tradeshow Vendors Only) |
Field Day and Tradeshow, Wednesday, October 15, Kapiolani
Park, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
………Equipment demonstrations, Tree Climbing demonstrations,
an outdoor trade show with hands on opportunities to try out equipment
from mowers to sprayers and everything in between. For both Landscapers
and Farmers!
Tradeshow & Reception, Thursday, October 16, Pacific Beach
Hotel, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
………A great opportunity for the agriculture and/or
landscape businesses to exhibit their products and services to over
500 delegates and decision makers from the agricultural and landscape
industries. Door prizes will also be given away.

When you purchase a single booth at $400.00 or a double booth at
$600.00, as a vendor participant, you will receive:
- A 3x6 table, skirted and 2 chairs at hotel tradeshow (vendor must
provide own furnishings for Field Day)
- A booth at the Field Day on Wednesday, October 15, 2003
- A listing of your products and services in the program book
- A delegate list for future contacts
- Free pupus during the reception
(Booth reservations are limited to availability on a first-come-first-served
basis and must be received by September 1st 2003.)
Along with a booth at the hotel trade show on October 16, you have
the opportunity to also have a vendor booth at the Field Day Activities.
If you would like to demo equipment, new irrigation techniques, or
fertilizing methods, this is your opportunity. Be creative and be
a part of what is going to be a great opportunity to share your products
with the industry wide field. Lunch will be available at the field
day.
