HNFAS programs span a wide range of subjects from the basic principles of human nutrition and food chemistry to the development of animal production systems.
Our department, located in the Agricultural Sciences building, is one of 6 departments with the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, the first college established at the University of Hawaii in 1907.
