2012 Fashion Review
This year our club, the Valley Isle Girlz, will be coordinating the Fashion Revue! It will be held at Keiki Fest on April 14th, at 12 noon at the UH Maui campus. As you probably know, your club members may model individually or as a group, and they may model handmade clothing and/or accessories, club uniforms, or showcase a certain store or boutique. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this.
Our club would like to have a practice session with the participants on April 1st at the CES building at 1:00pm. Hopefully all of your participants will be able to attend, but if not please send as many as you can.In preparation for our practice session as well as the actual event, I will need you to submit a script for your club which details what they will be modeling.

Announcing 2012 4-H Maui County Camp!
Camp will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Camp Maluhia. Registration for 4-Hers 4th grade & older is at 7:30 a.m. Registration for cloverbuds is at 11:00 a.m. Please email completed registration form to miko@maui.net by Friday, March 9, 2012, Parental permission forms and fees can be turned into the CTAHR office. The registration form is available here.

Keiki Fest
The Maui Girls 4-H club is inviting all club members to present nutrition demos at Keiki Fest. This is a great way to practice public speaking in a casual environment. Demonstrators do not need to make a display board but need to serve about 40 people. Please respond to the Maui Girls if anyone is interested by Tuesday, February 28. Titles and recipes are due by March 5. Hope to see you at Keiki Fest!
