Resources, Instruction & Issues in Consumer Education is a program of the University of Hawaii Cooperative Extension Service. It has been developed to assist Hawaii's households with family resource management, financial literacy, and consumer decision-making by offering non-formal educational projects and activities throughout the state. This website provides links to current projects as well as related resources in order to strengthen the capacity of consumers in improving the quality of their lives.
