I was born and raised on O'ahu, HI.  I am currently a sophomore at UH-Manoa, majoring in Anthropology with a minor in French.  I am interested in literature, hiking, traveling, foreign cultures, food, and current events.  I work as a research assistant in the UH Insect Museum, and my primary duties involve pinning and labelling insects under the supervision of Will Haines.  I also work in the lab, assisting Daniel Nitta and Talon Tengan with the Hyposmocoma project.
