What is our mission?
- To create an interactive learning environment for University of Hawai'i students that highlights the role of ecological processes in sustainable food production
- To promote sustainability through local food production and community health, and
- To provide opportunities for students interested in sustainable agriculture to develop skills in business management and marketing, organization, writing, and leadership.
