We have invited 30 chefs to participate in the 13th anniversary of Mealani’s A Taste of the Hawaiian Range and Agriculture Festival (see following list). Chefs are assigned forage-finished meats from various ranchers around Hawaii Island. Their challenge is to create interesting and tantalizing dishes using all cuts of beef from the tongue to the tail, plus pork, lamb, mutton, and goat meat. They are also provided with the chance to select from the freshest produce offerings from the farm, some of which include cabbages, red and green lettuces, cucumbers, tomatoes, won bok, broccoli, mushrooms, bananas, and exotic tropical fruit. Please join us to taste their imaginative and delicious entrees.
