Taste at 6pm: 
• 14th annual food grazing event showcasing grass-fed beef, vegetables, tropical fruits, and other food products grown and produced on Hawaii Island. 
• More than 30 chefs from throughout the state of Hawaii participating, preparing cuts of beef from the tongue to the tail, plus pork, lamb, mutton, and goat.  Tickets $40.00.

What's new:   
• “It’s All about Taste”, an educational seminar, 12:00 Noon, Kohala Ballroom, in which Chef William K. Trask of Hawaiian Culinary Consultants, President of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Kona Kohala Chefs Association, will lead participants through an informal, side-by-side tasting of some of Hawaii's finest meat and agricultural products.  Attendance limited to culinary students and those in the food industry; registration required.

• Agriculture Festival Trade Show 1 to 3 p.m., Kohala Ballroom, designed to showcase Hawaii Island food products to chefs, wholesale and retail buyers and media from throughout the state.  Attendance limited to wholesale and retail buyers, chefs, and media; registration required.

• “Cooking Grass-fed Beef”, a cooking demonstration with Corporate Executive chef of Roy’s Restaurants, Jacqueline Lau, and Executive Chef of Roy’s Restaurant Hawaii Kai, Ronnie Nasuti, 4 to 5 p.m.  Tickets $10.00.
