Place:               Grand Ballroom and Promenade, Lagoon Lanai and Kohala Ballroom, Hilton Waikoloa Village ®

Taste at 6pm
• 13th annual food grazing event showcasing natural forage raised beef, vegetables, fruit and other food products grown and produced on Hawaii Island. 
• More than 30 chefs from throughout the state of Hawaii participating, preparing cuts of beef from the tongue to the tail, plus pork, lamb, mutton, and goat.  Tickets $35.00.

What's new:
Agriculture Festival Trade Show 1 to 3 p.m., Kohala Ballroom, designed to showcase Hawaii Island food products to chefs, wholesale and retail buyers and media from throughout the state.  Attendance limited to wholesale and retail buyers, chefs, and media; registration required.

• “Cooking Grass-fed Beef 101”, a cooking demonstration with chef Peter Merriman, 4 to 5 p.m. Tickets $10.00.

Ranch Round-up Cook-off, in which ranchers will share their best-loved dishes that they serve at cattle round-ups.  (Part of Taste; no extra tickets required.)

Keoki Kahumoku, Grammy Award-winning slack key guitarist, will be performing at the Taste.
