Dreams of a Greener Hawai'i
"Dreams of a Greener Hawaii" is a short, documentary video created in 2012 by Madeline St. John, a tenth grade student at Le Jardin Academy, Kailua. The video examines the sustainability of a vertical wall garden, and shows footage and photos from the demonstration vertical garden in the Pearl City Urban Garden on Oahu. The demo wall garden was designed and built in 2012 by the "Wallies"--a group of Oahu Master Gardener interns.
