Dean Andrew Hashimoto, College of Tropical Agriculture & Human Resources (CTAHR), University of Hawaii at Manoa

KEYNOTE ADDRESS:
Clare Callow, Massey University agricultural scientist and Director of Agritour, a private New Zealand firm that provides overseas visitors a range of opportunities to see New Zealand’s world-renowned agriculture and to experience it first hand by staying with farm families.

Ms. Callow is an engaging speaker who has made presentations throughout the Pacific region. Her keynote address. “Agtourism: The New Zealand Experience”, will include a showing of her recent short film on New Zealand agtourism. Her talk will be an opportunity for those involved in Hawaii’s developing agtourism industry to learn from and build on the New Zealand experience.
