On October 14, 2016, Dr. Joe DeFrank made a presentation to the 2016 Horticultural Practices lecture/lab class. Topics covered in this lecture were:
2. Horses and legs, solving for X using simple math.
3. Calibration for large administrative units dealing with pesticide application.
4. Field demonstration for calibration of back pack sprayer and Gandy drop spreader.
5. Data summary for homework calibration exercise.

Suggested method to view streaming media and slideshow:
1. Open two browser windows of this page, one will be used to view the "talking head" as video and the other will be used to view the slide show images as an Adobe pdf.
2. Click on the link to "view lecture", let the program download and start then hit pause.
3. In the second window open the pdf version of the slide show and once the first slide appears return to lecture video and resume play.
3. With two windows open, you can follow the lecture video for the cues to change the slide image.
