Based in Panaewa, Hilo, Hawaii, EOL in Panaewa, is a collaborative venture with Haola, Inc. and the Queen Liliuokalani Children's Center (QLCC).  EOLP is housed within the Panaewa Family Center building, which in turn is located within Panaewa Park.  Panaewa Family Center (PFC) is a Hawaii County facility that was managed by Haola, Inc. during the last program year but is now managed by a County Parks & Recreation staff person assigned to Panaewa Park.  PFC serves this native Hawaiian Home Lands neighborhood and farm lots region as its only community center.  It is located within a large County sports park that has a football field, baseball field, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and possibly the state's largest pre-fabricated children's playground equipment area.
