WEHEO, more commonly known as the Ohana Center, is part of the Communities in Schools (CIS), a project of the YMCA Honolulu. Its mission is "to diminish the many relationship factors placing children, youth and families at-risk through the promotion and modeling of collaborative relationships within communities through a culturally appropriate management system." The programs and services offered include: respite care, family support groups, outreach, family strengthening programs, community leadership development, and comprehensive care management.
