Description: The Kona Experiment Station consists of 1 cottage, 3-greenhouses, 1 office building, and 2 garage/storage sheds.
Current activities: Research on taro, figs, coffee, macadamia, protea and nematode management for coffee are conducted at the Kona station. The USDA Tropical Plant Genetic Resource Management Unit maintains longan and avocado germplasm at this site.
Special events: Field days held periodically
