Description: The Kauai Extension and Agricultural Center located in the Wailua Homesteads has facilities to conduct field and laboratory research. Its core of buildings includes a laboratory, field laboratory, office, storage building, two cottages, vehicle garage, shop, chemical and fertilizer storage area, two greenhouses, a shade house and a potting shed.
Special events: Ag Awareness day, Garden Fair, Kauai County Farm Bureau Fair, research and extension field days
