Problem

The leaves on your plumeria are developing yellow-orange spots.

Description

Plumeria rust is prevalent on all islands and is recognized by the powdery yellow/orange lesions on the leaves. Plumeria rust is a fungal disease that leaves powdery spores on the undersides of the leaves. Leaves can also dry up, curl, turn brown and fall off two months after fungal infection.
