Food For Crowds:
Keep It Safe and Successful (KISS)

Preparing and serving food for large groups safely takes planning and careful preparations. Mishandled food can cause foodborne illness and unhappy consumers.

Community meals, food fundraisers, youth camps and large family gatherings often rely on volunteers, family and friends that may not have food service training. Great cooks don’t always know the special considerations when working with large quantities of food.

Keep It Safe and Successful (KISS) offers youth and adult volunteers food safety resources to guide you through the steps to plan safe and successful events.
