Registration
The Registration fee covers the conference, conference proceedings CD, Dinner reception January 4th, 2012, Field trip January 7th, and refreshments. The Spouse/Guest fee includes the reception Dinner, Island tour, and refreshments. Cancellation of the registration made by December 1th will be reimbursed 75% of their registration fee. (All Fee are subjected to a Processing charge)

Students Registration Fee: By November 15, 2011 ($120.00); After November 15, 2011 ($150.00)

Company Participation to the Symposium Technical Exhibit: Due November 1, 2011 ($1000.00) (covering conference proceedings CD, Dinner reception January 4th 2012, Field trip January 7th, and refreshments)
