ADF = Acid Detergent Fiber; represents the percent of the least digestible parts of plant cell wall (Cellulose, lignin, silica, insoluble CP and ash.

ADF affects a feed's digestibility; the lower the ADF content, the higher the digestibility.The grasses are list by highest to lowest in relative digestibility.
