, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL. The
participating universities include the University of Florida, the University of Puerto
Rico, and the University of the Virgin Islands.

The Pacific Basin Administrative Group is coordinated by Dr. Douglas Vincent, vincent@hawaii.edu, College of Tropical Agriculture & Human Resources, University of Hawaii, Honolulu, HI. This Group includes the University of Guam.
