ADAP Home Office

The ADAP Home Office is based at the University of Hawaii and provides administrative and program support services to ADAP Project and other projects as requested by the PI. The staffing of the Home Office changes periodically to reflect the nature and extent of project activities. The office is supported financially through direct charges to the contracts and grants it manages. Facilities are provided by the UH College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources. The ADAP Home Office is responsible for organizing and providing overall support services to ADAP. Approximately 2.00 FTE (full-time equivalents) of office staff time are needed in support of ADAP. This includes a Project Manager (.5O), a Project Coordinator (.75), and an Education Media Specialist (.50). Together with each institution’s ADAP Coordinator, the staff form the ADAP management team.
