Balance Summary Report

The Balance Summary report is prepared each month by the ADAP Fiscal/Budget Officer and sent to Coordinators for their own use and to distribute to Directors, PIS and Cooperators. It is based on information received from Coordinators in the Report of Expenditure reports.  The Balance Summary is a report of available balances for each project, broken down by institution.  Notes and special explanations are attached, as needed.

 

Budget Status Report

The Budget Status report is prepared each month by the Home Office Coordinator.  It is the record of the budget, cumulative expenses, home office encumbrances, and balances for each project, broken down by institution and budget category.  This is the information which is summarized in the Balance Summary report.  The relevant section of this detailed report is sent to the Land Grant Fiscal Officer of each institution for their information and verification that the institutional records and the ADAP home office records are both up-to-date and accurate.
