- The Caribbean Basin Administrative Group is coordinated by Dr. John Neilson, jtneilson@mail.ifas.ufl.edu, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL. The participating universities include the University of Florida, the University of Puerto Rico, and the University of the Virgin Islands.
- The Pacific Basin Administrative Group is coordinated by Dr. Douglas Vincent, vincent@hawaii.edu, College of Tropical Agriculture & Human Resources, University of Hawaii, Honolulu, HI. This Group includes the University of Guam.
